Abstract

The Final Report of the Citizens’ Association MOST notes
problems with the Voters’ List1
. The same conclusion is drawn in the
final version of the OSCE/ODIHR report, which stresses that in 8% of
the polling stations visited by the OSCE/ODIHR observers there were
persons who were not allowed to vote because they were not on the
Voters’ List.
