COLLECTIVE BARGAINING IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR OF REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING IN THE JUDICIARY
Abstract
This paper analyses the terms, conditions and dilemmas arising
from the collective bargaining in the public sector.
Collective bargaining in the public sector aims to cover the
employees in the bodies of state administration, bodies of the local-self
government units, institutions, public enterprises, departments, agencies
and other legal entities that perform activities of public interest.
Collective bargaining in the judiciary can be incorporated in the
general frames of the collective bargaining in the public sector. The aim
of this paper is to illustrate the collective bargaining process in the
judicial service, public prosecution service and the bodies authorized for
the execution of sanctions.
The authors propose different modes of special (branch)
collective bargaining in the judiciary. They illustrate several types of
special collective bargaining that regulate the rights and obligations of
the employees in the sphere of public sector in the Republic of
Macedonia.
