In this paper aggressive behavior in the school is discussed. In the beginning the difference is made between aggressively, aggression and violence. Afterwards, different kinds of aggressive behavior are explained, as well as personal correlates of aggressive behavior. The aim is they can be easily recognized by the students. The research data shows that there is the increase of number of violent students and students-victims, and the way they can be recognized. In the end, are placed effective programs for alternatives to violence.
