THE CAPACITY OF THE INSTITUTIOS AND ADMINISTRATION AND THE MEMBERSHIP IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract

The obligations of the institutions and administration of the Republic of Macedonia in the process of harmonization of the Macedonian with European legislation are very important. The question that is initiated very often is: Are the institutions and the administration blowing how to deal with all changes on the Macedonian road to reaching the strategic goals: membership of European Union and NATO. The dilemmas that are marked in the past years in realization of these processes presented complexity of the relations and conditions that should be analyzed but also to be changed. In the paper the effort is done to be presented the real capacity of the institutions and administration, the effects that they produce, the influence that they received and how they can manage all these questions. With precise positioning of the necessary resources and possibilities and also with the high level of the cooperation that is important, the capacity of the institutions and administration in the Republic of Macedonia could be strengthened. That is very important for the strategic issues and future of the country.
