During the history, the colonial relations have gone through several phases. Each phase has its own characteristics. That depended on the possibilities of the colonist countries and the liberating spirit of the individual nations.
The colonial relations, regardless of the phase they go through, have several essential characteristics: high degree of exploitation, providing raw materials, acquiring wealth by clerks, law degree of accumulation, hoarding up the profit into the capital, economy stagnation of the colony and poverty of aboriginal people.
The process of decolonization was particularly activated after the World War Two and with the enacting of the Decree of UN which gives possibilities for liberation of the nations from the colonial power.
